Leaves, seeds, roots and flowers — kept the way an attar keeps them: whole, fragrant and ready for your teapot.

Herbal blends, ready to steep
Chosen for aroma and colour
From the attar’s ledger
A good herb has colour and smells before the jar is fully open. Dull and dusty means old.
Most leaves and flowers prefer water just off the boil, covered, for five to seven minutes. Roots and seeds can simmer.
Dry, dark and airtight — away from the stove and the sunny window. That is how aroma lasts.
Shelf 1
The heart of the cabinet: single herbs, whole and cut.
Shelf 2
The same herbs, measured and bagged for busy mornings.
Before you brew
Tell our attar what you enjoy — a calm evening cup, something warming, something fresh — and we will suggest a few to try.
Buy what you will use within a few months. Herbs keep their aroma best when they are fresh, so smaller, regular orders win.
